The Martinsville Chamber of Commerce is seeking owners and collectors of historic military vehicles to participate in a special community display during Martinsville’s celebration commemorating the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
The vehicle display will be held Thursday, July 2, 2026, adjacent to Linn Park near the Martinsville Public Library, with additional nearby parking available if needed.
Organizers are inviting owners of vintage military vehicles, service vehicles, transport vehicles, and historically significant military equipment to participate in the community celebration. Enthusiasts, collectors, and historical organizations are encouraged to take part.
The evening’s activities will include live music, community activities, cemetery walks, food concessions, a cake walk, and additional family-friendly events throughout the park area.
