The City of Martinsville is committed to providing safe, reliable, and high-quality water service to our residents and businesses. As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and improve our water system, the City is currently preparing applications for funding to support infrastructure upgrades and long-term improvements.
An important part of this process, the City of Martinsville is gathering feedback directly from our water customers. All water utility customers are invited to share their experiences with Martinsville’s water service, including observations related to taste, odor, color, water pressure, or other concerns. This information will help the City better understand current conditions, identify patterns, and support applications for improvement funding.
This effort is focused on constructive feedback and accurate documentation. Responses will be reviewed and may be used as part of official materials submitted in support of water system improvements.
To ensure responses can be verified and included in formal documentation, participants are asked to provide their name, service address, and contact information. All information will be used for municipal purposes only.
